My approach

I approach all of my clients holistically including mind, body, and soul through a nervous system and attachment lens. I will also provide you with education behind the “whys,” explore coping skills that work for you, and integrate resources into your internal system so that you feel safe not only in my office, but outside as well.

We, as humans, heal in the context of safe relationships. This is your journey and I am here to walk alongside you, gently and compassionately.
